Bahan :
1 ltr air
50 gr kulit wortel
1 tangkai daun seledri
100 gr kulit kentang
½ sdt garam
Cara Membuat :
1. Cuci kulit wortel dan kulit kentang lalu rebus. Tambahkan daun seledri dan garam. Rebus terus diatas api kecil sampai kuah terasa gurih. Angkat kaldu dan saring.
2. Kaldu siap di gunakan.
